This apartment is the only one located on the 1st floor of a mixed-use residential and commercial building. The apartment includes a free parking space in a gated lot. The approximately 80 m² apartment features a large living/bedroom with two single beds (each 120 cm x 200 cm), which can also be used as a double bed, as well as a sleeper sofa and a TV with HD and Wi-Fi. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It also features a full bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove with ceramic cooktop, toaster, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, hand blender/mixer, dishes, pots, silverware, iron/ironing board, etc.) and a table that seats 4. Bed linens, towels, basic toiletries in the bathroom, and a hair dryer are provided. The apartment has Wi-Fi, as well as information about the surrounding area and travel guides in German and English. On the ground floor, guests have exclusive use of the terrace in the evening. During the summer months, lounge furniture and a grill are available for use there. A laundry and ironing service is available upon request for a small additional fee. The apartment is non-smoking.
