NO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES! We have a DIRECT OCEANFRONT 2 BEDROOM/2 BATH condo unit available for rent for one week at the Resort on Cocoa Beach. NOTE: OUR DATES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE SUNDAY, MARCH 23 THRU MARCH 30, 2025.

Resort on Cocoa Beach is a GOLD CROWN RESORT and only a 50 min. ride to many Orlando attractions. Two bedrooms (one King, two twins, pull out couch in living area), two bath, sleeps 6, washer/dryer unit with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. On site restaurant, basketball court, hot tub, movie theatre, kids entertainment room, outside pool with activities planned each day. Enjoy a freshly made piña colada and great food made at the outside pool bar. Check out Resortoncocoabeach website to view all of the amenities this beautiful resort has to offer.

The Resort on Cocoa Beach

My whole family loved our stay here. The staff was so pleasant, especially Cindy at the front desk. The pool, rooms and hot tub were clean. The kids loved the basketball court and the ease of playing shuffleboard and bag toss. I will definitely be back!

Another great stay!!

This was our second time staying at the resort. Both stays were fantastic. The check in process is a bit frustrating since you don't know where your unit will be until you check in and the 2nd floor "ocean front" units do not have a view of the ocean. Facility was very clean and the front desk staff were wonderful! Very nice and helpful with everything.
