Witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets while being just a short walk away from the pristine beach. Start or end your day with a workout in our private gym. Enjoy a spectacular rocket launch from the property or walk across the street for a front row seat.
The space
Our condo captures the essence of beachside living. The open and airy layout creates a sense of freedom and tranquility. With high ceilings and an abundance of natural light, the space exudes a welcoming ambiance. The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxation. The fully stocked and updated eat-in kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The bedrooms feature cozy beds, ensuring a good night`s sleep. A Perfect Getaway – Highly Recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive.The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.We’ve stayed at several vacation rentals, and this one truly stands out. Great beach/town weekend

Very nice weekend. Got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach. Went to the Kennedy Space Center and also got to see the boat races in Cocoa Beach. Good location, beach was nice. Nice to have a backyard. The unit was nicely updated. Could use a few more bowls. :)

First Time Renter

As a first time renter I didn’t know what to expect. The unit we rented was just what we needed for our stay. The unit was very clean, smelled good and had everything we needed. The host was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. I would definitely stay at this condo again the next time we visit Cocoa Beach.
