This exclusive holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a new building with striking architecture, just 250 metres from the kilometer-long sandy beach and the Baltic Sea. It offers an exclusive retreat combined with the special atmosphere and lifestyle of Dahme. Great dining by the sea, beach bars, shopping, and numerous events await you on the lively promenade, which is easily accessible in just a few minutes by bike or on foot.

You’ll find an extremely well-equipped and tastefully furnished holiday apartment that, with its 2 separate bedrooms, offers plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a wonderful setting. Underfloor heating, electric exterior blinds, and floor-to-ceiling windows that create an open, airy feel ensure a high standard of living. The centrepiece of the holiday rental is the designer kitchen with a fully equipped cooking island, perfect for cooking together; there is also a dining area. The cosy living area, furnished with a sofa and TV, offers a view of and access to the spacious south-facing terrace with garden and lounge furniture—the perfect spot to wind down the day with a glass of wine. Both bedrooms offer a generous view and are furnished with double beds (2 x 90x200 cm) in different firmness levels (H2 and H3). Both bedrooms feature spacious closets with ample storage for your holiday wardrobe. The bathroom is high-quality and modern, equipped with a walk-in rain shower. The apartment also features a guest bathroom. A washing machine is located in a storage room within the apartment. Wi-Fi is, of course, available for free.
A designated parking space is reserved on the property. A wallbox for charging your electric car is available for a fee. Charges are based on usage. You can obtain the charging card at the rental office upon payment of a deposit.
An lift is available. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a storage room. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A maximum of one well-behaved dog is welcome!

Sehr schöner Urlaub - gerne wieder

Die grosszügige und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung lud zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Parkplätze mit nur einem PKW-Stellplatz für ein 6-Personen-Wohnung ist nur knapp bemessen. Der in der Beschreibung angegebene Aufzug (für mich als Rheumatiker wichtig) war leider nicht in Betrieb. Im Büro der Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir da auf den Gebäudeeigentümer verwiesen. Hier sollte aus meiner Sicht aber ein Hinweis in der Beschreibung angegeben werden. Die gute fußläufige Erreichbarkeit von Strand und Restaurant sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bereiten viel vergnügen. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl.
