This 2-room holiday apartment for up to 2 people has a living area of approximately 46 m². The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the Berolina apartment complex. Of course, an lift is available.

The combined living and bedroom area features a comfortable double bed, a cosy sofa corner, a well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and satellite TV. A sleeper sofa awaits you in the children’s room. Enjoy many pleasant hours on the balcony with a sea view. Wi-Fi access is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with sea and land views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. You are welcome to bring a dog for an additional fee.
