Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.
This tastefully decorated one-room holiday apartment, featuring a nautical theme, is located on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex. The apartment has a living area of approximately 37 m² and is suitable for up to 2 people.
The furnishings in the combined living room and bedroom are perfectly color-coordinated. This area features a high-quality double bed (2x 90x200 cm) with ergonomic 7-zone latex pocket-spring mattresses, a sofa corner, and a TV. A large closet for your holiday wardrobe is, of course, provided. The separate kitchen is bright, modern, and well-equipped. The kitchen bar serves as the dining area and physically separates the living area from the kitchen. The en suite bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The furnished balcony with a view of the countryside also offers a relaxing retreat. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with ocean and inland views, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge for you. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each floor from 1 to 4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

A very quietly located apartment on the 3rd floor of the Berolina building; the balcony faces the countryside and gets afternoon sun. From here, it’s just a few hundred metres to the idyllic Baltic Sea dike, the colourful promenade, and the beautiful fine-sand beach. The town centre, with its variety of shopping options, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants, is also within easy reach.
