Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Please note: Due to the nature of the apartment, this holiday rental is not suitable for children and may only be occupied by adults.

The approximately 45 m² of living space includes a combined living/dining room, a bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), and a southeast-facing balcony with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. A well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a storage room, and Wi-Fi are at your disposal. The bedroom can be darkened with roller shutters. The floors are tiled or feature modern design planks. All guests are welcome to use the complex’s communal garden to enjoy many hours of fresh air.

You can park your car in the designated parking space in your private garage (height 1.88 m, width 2.20 m). Bicycles can also be stored safely. The communal laundry room in the building, equipped with washing machines and dryers (coin-operated), is available to all guests; sauna enthusiasts can enjoy the communal sauna (for a fee/coin-operated).

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
