This cosy 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a welcoming multi-family building and, with a living area of approx. 57 m², two separate bedrooms, and a private terrace, offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 4 adults and 1 child. This holiday home is barrier-free and is therefore also suitable for people with limited mobility.

Enjoy peace and relaxation in the separate bedroom with a luxurious box spring bed (2x 90x200 cm, full-length topper), a spacious closet for your holiday wardrobe, and a second TV. The second bedroom also offers plenty of space and room to move around, as it can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to a bunk bed with a pull-out single bed (3x 90x200 cm) and a closet. From the living room—featuring a comfortable couch, flat-screen TV, and Blu-ray player—there’s direct access to the furnished terrace. Here, an awning provides shade from the sun’s rays in the summer. Enjoy the chance to start your wonderful holiday mornings with your first cup of coffee on the terrace and a breath of Baltic Sea air, or to wind down the evening with a stylish sundowner! The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped, so nothing stands in the way of preparing your own holiday dinner. Amenities such as a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave with oven function make cooking a breeze. The stylish designer bathroom features a spacious, floor-to-ceiling shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and heated floors.
