Die Wohnung ist vom Mobiliar nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Sie ist altbacken und unbequem eingerichtet. Im Bad befinden sich keine Ablagen und die Wände sind mit Kunststoff verkleidet. Die Balkonmöbel sind aus Plastik und unbequem.
