The bright and cosy living area welcomes you with a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) with a gel-foam topper, a comfortable leather armchair with electric controls and a footrest, and a flat-screen TV. The open-concept, modern kitchenette offers storage space for your groceries and many amenities, such as a dishwasher, toaster, egg cooker, microwave with grill function, coffee maker with thermos, and more. The dining area is perfect for shared meals and game nights. The table can be extended to accommodate your needs. Books and board games are available in the apartment. You can enjoy many peaceful hours in the fresh Baltic Sea air on the covered, furnished south-facing balcony. A string of solar lights creates a magical, atmospheric glow here at dusk.

The separate bedroom, featuring indirect lighting, has one box-spring bed (160x200 cm) with a gel-foam topper for a particularly restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet with an open clothing rod provides ample space to store your holiday wardrobe. A luggage rack makes unpacking easier, and suitcases can then be stowed in the under-bed storage. Start your new holiday morning refreshed in the bright, natural-light-filled shower room, which is also equipped with a hair dryer and an infrared towel warmer. The living and sleeping areas can be comfortably darkened at night. During the cold season, underfloor heating provides cosy warmth.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. Bicycle racks are provided outdoors for your bicycles.

You are welcome to use the building’s swimming pool free of charge. A sauna is also available for shared use, as are a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) for a fee.
