This 4-room holiday home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large terrace is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. With approximately 133 m² of space, there is plenty of room for up to 4 adults and 2 children.

The house is centrally located in Neustadt and is close to both the city and the beach. Spread over 3 floors, you’ll find modern furnishings, a clever layout, and plenty of space to relax. Hang your coats in the entryway and step into the stylishly furnished, spacious living area with an open kitchen. The large U-shaped sofa offers plenty of room for everyone in your group and is perfect for game nights or TV evenings together. You can comfortably read a good book in the armchair with its footstool. The adjacent kitchen—equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and freestanding refrigerator with freezer compartment—is at your disposal if you’d like to whip up a holiday meal in the evening. From the kitchen area, two steps lead you into the open dining room with a large table and plenty of space for family and friends. There is also a small bathroom with a toilet and shower on the ground floor.

A staircase in the entryway leads to the ground floor. Here you’ll find two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe, and another with a double bed (180x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and another wardrobe. From one of the bedrooms, you can access the separate bathroom, which features a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and storage space for your toiletries. A staircase in the first-floor hallway leads to the attic, which features two single beds (each 90x200 cm), a nightstand, and a Velux window. All bedrooms can be comfortably darkened at night with electric exterior roller shutters.

Pure wellness! Enjoy and relax in the spacious wellness area with its own sauna and shower (included). High-quality loungers invite you to unwind after a sauna session, and thanks to direct access to the terrace, you can even cool off outside in the winter.

The large wooden terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, beach chair, and exclusive lounge furniture is the absolute highlight of this beautiful holiday rental and the perfect place to round off an eventful day with a glass of wine. Just a few steps down from the terrace, you’ll find the private garden, which is perfect for enjoyable barbecue evenings.
