Welcome to the holiday home Topplicht, this beautiful and very well-equipped holiday property is located in Grömitz-Lensterstrand and can accommodate 6 people.

The Topplicht holiday home impresses with its high-quality furnishings and other highlights, such as a Jacuzzi whirlpool in the terrace area (usage fee), swings and a slide from the Viking tower. Everyone will definitely feel at home here. On the ground floor there are 2 separate bedrooms, both of which have access to a shared bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The bright and comfortably furnished living room with sofa set and pellet stove and the open, well-equipped kitchen are convincing. From here you can access the furnished terrace and the beautiful garden area. On the upper floor of the house there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and another bedroom with a double bed. Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.
Please note that the hot tub will not be available from November 1, 2019 - March 1, 2020.

Das Haus war super eingerichtet,es fehlte an nichts!Der Garten für Kinder sehr empfehlenswert da ein eigener Spielplatz im Gelände besteht und das Haus und Garten umzäunt ist!etwas negativ schlechter Handy Empfang und schwaches wlan im Haus-man ist ja im Urlaub also nicht groß negativ! Kann das Haus nur empfehlen!!!! Immer wieder gern!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hat uns auf Nachfrage auch noch einen Grill zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus liegt ca. 2 km außerhalb von Grömnitz in Umgebung von vielen Campingplätzen. Der Strand ist ca. 300 m entfernt. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen,

Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Gehobene Ausstattung. Der Garten mit Spielgeräten super für kleine Kinder. Wir haben im oberen Schlafzimmer einen Kleiderschrank und im Bad eine Ablagefläche vermisst. Die Räume im Erdgeschoss sind etwas beengt und die Küchenausstattung ist für 6 Personen knapp bemessen. Wir würden das Haus trotz allem gerne wieder buchen.
