Look forward to a relaxing getaway in this spacious, very modern 4-room maisonette holiday apartment—in a quiet location yet not far from the Baltic Sea. Your holiday home is part of the Deichresidenz complex and, with a size of approximately 96 square metres, can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Start your day off on a relaxed note with a delicious cup of coffee, which you can prepare in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchenette opens onto the living area, so you can chat with your travel companions even while cooking. In addition to a comfortable living area, your holiday home features 3 bedrooms: One of the bedrooms is located in the basement and features a spacious box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). In the other two bedrooms—one in the basement and one on the ground floor—slightly smaller box-spring beds (160 x 200 cm) ensure a restful night’s sleep. After a restful night, you can get ready for breakfast on the 10-square-meter terrace without having to wait, thanks to the two bathrooms with showers.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you in front of the building. Wi-Fi is included in this holiday rental.
