Wir waren als Paar in dieser Unterkunft und können dieses für diese Konstellation gut weiterempfehlen. Positiv: separates Schlafzimmer, sehr ruhige Lage mit eigenem PKW Stellpaltz, gut belüftbar, Ausstattung sowohl hinsichtlich Küchenequippement, als auch Fernseher in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Balkon ist abgetrennt von der Nachbarwohnung. Badezimmer ist gut ausgestattet. Neutral/Ansichtssache: Ein Radio wäre schön, Vorhänge + Rollos direkt(!) an den Fenstern wären zweckmäßig für den Lichteinfall, mehr indirekte Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer (Leselampe, Dimmung) wäre schön. Oberlichter sind zu hell/grell. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Die FeWo ist optimal gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Promenade. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll

Die FeWo ist optimal gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Promenade. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll renoviert und geschmackvoll dekoriert, die Matratzen sind sehr bequem und auch das Schlafsofa ist sehr luxuriös mit richtiger Matratze und sehr bequem, da kann man gut mit zwei Personen drauf schlafen. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber. Nun zum Negativen. Es ist sehr frustrierend, wenn man in eine FeWo kommt, in der nicht mal die Grundausstattung vorhanden ist. Kein Backpapier, keine Kaffeefilter, kein Salz und Pfeffer, kein Spüli, keine Seife, kein Küchenpapier, man muss alles kaufen. Die Küchenausstattung ist extrem dürftig, für 4 Personen abgezähltes Geschirr, keine vernünftigen scharfen Messer, Kochen für eine Familie sehr schwierig. Der Pfannenwender lag so angeschröggelt in der Schublade, dass ich ihn nicht benutzen mochte. Das Kinderreisebett war extrem teuer mit 25€ für ein paar Tage, aber das haben wir akzeptiert, um Platz im Auto zu sparen. Allerdings fanden wir bei Ankunft ein defektes Kinderreisebett vor, dass eigentlich auf den Sperrmüll gehört… es war aufgebaut worden, somit ist der Defekt definitiv aufgefallen… vermutlich sind Vormieterkinder immer drüber geklettert, sodass die Strebenverbindungen gebrochen sind. Unser Tipp- ein hochwertiges Reisebett mit Reißverschlusseingang kaufen und maximal 10€ dafür berechnen… Positiv zu erwähnen ist noch der tolle Balkon, sowie der sehr freundliche Untermieter, der extra für die Kinder seine Eisenbahn durch den Garten hat fahren lassen, und abends eine Fackel aufgestellt hat. Da fühlte man sich sehr willkommen.
