Relax in this charming 3-room holiday apartment with approximately 80 m² of living space, accommodating up to 4 people, featuring a spacious terrace and located near the city centre and the lake.

Bright and furnished in a country-style, your holiday rental welcomes you with its spacious living area. Here you’ll find both a sofa set with a TV and a charming dining area. A highlight of this accommodation is the large southwest-facing terrace. The modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, is well-appointed and leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to cooking. One bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), and the other also has a double bed (2x 80x200 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with a closet. The bathroom, which has natural light, features a bathtub.

You can park your car on the driveway. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the lockable garden shed.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.

Afterwards, you can round out the day with a good cup of coffee on the historic market square. In honour of composer Carl Maria von Weber, who was born in Eutin, the annual Eutin Festival takes place on the open-air stage in the castle gardens right by the lake.

Ein Haus/Wohnung mit Potenzial. Leider überwiegend lieb/geschmacklos eingerichtet. Defekte Anlage, defekte löchrige Papierstehlampe. Allg. wenig Lampen im Wohnzimmer. Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer, als auch Kühlschrank funktionierten nicht. Wasserkran Küche ( bereits im August beanstandet in Bewertung) weiterhin bedenklich locker Reinigungskraft gehört entlassen, da innen viele Spinnweben. Waschtischunterschrank im Bad versifft. In Küche und Flur offen sichtbar hängende Stromkabel. Der Garten ungepflegt und verwildert. Dabei ist Potenzial vorhanden.......schade.
