Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Landkirchener Weg 1, 23769 Fehmarn.

Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Burg: a charming, 78 m² ground-floor 3-room holiday apartment with a terrace, accommodating up to 4 people.

Welcome—your holiday home is lovingly and comfortably furnished and offers the best in rest and relaxation. Make yourself comfortable in the spacious living and dining area in front of the TV—or enjoy your favourite meals that you’ve prepared beforehand in the separate kitchen. You’ll love the excellent amenities, including a dishwasher. Enjoy your time off on the furnished terrace with its own beach chair. For a restful night’s sleep, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. The shower room, bathed in natural light and tiled in light colours, promises a great start to your day. By the way, the historic city centre is only about a 10-minute walk away.

Two parking spaces are reserved for you. Wi-Fi is included.
There is a washing machine in the shared basement that you can use for a fee.

Please note that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed.

Gut ausgestattete und großzügige Ferienwohnung. Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein Update gebrauchen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist mittlerweile sehr durchgesessen. Evt. beim reinigen auch mal nach "oben" schauen.....Spinnweben waren reichlich in der Wochnung. Ansonsten top.

Hallo Kraushaar-Team, die Matratzen waren sehr hart. Leider konnte uns kein Topper zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Bettdecken waren bei den Temperaturen im Juni zu warm. Kopfkissen - da ist es ja schwierig für jeden das Richtige zu treffen. Die kurzfristige Buchungsverlängerung hat sehr gut geklappt. Ich wünsche Ihnen alles Gute.

Ich habe gerade ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung verbracht, war trotz anderer Buchung allein in der Wohnung, wegen kurzfristiger Absage meiner Mitreisenden. Ich fand die Ausstattung außergewöhnlich gut, auch die vielen Extras wie DVD's, CD's, Bücher, Rätselhefte, Kinderspielzeug u.s.w.. Es gibt viel Info-Material über Fehmarn; in der Küche ist alles vorhanden; es gibt reservierte Parkplätze. Man merkt als Gast, dass die Gastgeber ein Händchen für besondere Wünsche haben und das überall in der Wohnung. Das Einzige, was mir etwas gefehlt hat, war eine Wolldecke auf dem Sofa. Die Lage war für mich sehr gut als Basis, nah am Zentrum und gute Entfernung für Ausflüge.
