Cosy 4-room semi-detached house with a living area of approx. 79 m² spread over 3 levels, featuring a terrace, a fenced-in garden, and a view of the Burger Binnensee, accommodating up to 4 people.

Enjoy the quiet location, which promises complete relaxation despite its proximity to the centre of Burg and the port of Burgstaaken. The gorgeous Ülleken holiday home is the perfect retreat for a comfortable and unforgettable stay. Relax in the living area in front of the wood-burning stove or play some of the games provided for your enjoyment. The very well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking. There are three cosy bedrooms with high-quality furniture and TVs, including a master bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and an additional bedroom with a double bed in the attic. Please note that these rooms are separated only by a flight of stairs. There is also a bedroom with two single beds (each 90x200 cm). Two bathrooms with showers ensure a relaxing start to the day. The fenced-in garden offers plenty of seating and lounging areas, as well as a garden shed. The house’s location is ideal for exploring on foot or by bike: Burger Binnensee and the fine-sand Südstrand beach, where you can rent beach chairs, are just a stone’s throw away.

A parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored safely in the garden shed. A washing machine is included as part of the standard equipment.
