Fender Holiday Rental with Balcony in the Villa Fördestrand Apartment Building

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

A holiday for couples or small families right on the beach in Laboe, with a fantastic view of the nearby beach and the Kiel Fjord. Welcome to Villa Fördestrand Fender. Here you can enjoy the view, which offers fantastic scenes ranging from cruise ships and sailboats to wonderful sunsets.

This holiday rental is designed for a maximum of 2 adults. The approximately 60 m² light-filled holiday apartment with a balcony is located on the ground floor of an apartment building and features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a corner sofa set and an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and access to the furnished balcony, as well as a separate kitchen with a dining area. Travel cots are provided for two young guests. Wi-Fi is included.

A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you. Up to two bicycles can be stored in the bicycle storage room in the underground car park.

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

Wir waren mit der Lage der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Die Rundumaussicht auf die Kieler Förde ist traumhaft schön und entschädigt für einige Unzulänglichkeiten betreff der Wohnung. Geschäfte waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für eine Ferienwohnung ausreichend, leider mussten wir das komplette Geschirr/Besteck vor Gebrauch spülen, es war schmutzig und klebrig. Der Staubsauger, welchen wir bei 14-tägigem Aufenthalt mehrmals benutzten, roch sehr unangenehm nach Hundehaltung. Die Türen der Wohnzimmerschränke standen ständig offen, sie waren nicht schließbar. Wir würden uns wünschen, dass bei einer evtl. erneuten Buchung der Wohnung, die genannten Unzulänglichkeiten im Wohnbereich behoben wären.
