Located in the beautiful Holsteinische Schweiz region, this charming, approximately 95 m² 3-room holiday apartment with a balcony and lake view accommodates up to 4 guests.

The bright living area welcomes you with a cosy seating area and a comfortable sofa arrangement—and a stunning view of Lake Großer Plöner See. Step out onto the spacious, furnished southwest-facing balcony and wind down the evening here with your favourite meals. The modern kitchen, which opens onto the living area and features a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, is sure to put a smile on any home cook’s face. After a wonderful day of holiday, you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the double bed (2x 90x200 cm) in the bedroom. From here, you also have access to the large balcony. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (80x200 cm, extendable to 160x200 cm). In the morning, you’ll be greeted by the bright, natural-light-filled bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. There’s also a guest bathroom. Start your day by swimming a few laps in the lake—a beautiful swimming spot is within walking distance.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. You can store your bicycles in a private storage room. Washing machine for your use. Wi-Fi is included.

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

Wir waren eine Woche im Mai in der Ferienwohnung Maräne. Leider war die Wohnung bei Anreise um 16.00 Uhr in keinem akzeptablem Reinigungszustand. Wir haben Fotos gemacht und der Vermittlungsagentur zugesendet. Es wurde eine Nachreinigung innerhalb von 24 Std. angeboten. Wir haben allerdings selber geputzt, da das Badezimmer für uns so nicht zu benutzen war. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön und auch der Ausblick auf den See hat uns überzeugt. Leider gibt es in der gesamten Wohnung keine Mückengitter, so dass ein Lüften tgsüber nicht möglich war. In dieser Jahreszeit am See sind einfach sehr viele Mücken unterwegs. Dafür kann niemand etwas. Allerdings bei einer so hochwertigen Wohnung können wir uns nur wünschen, dass Mückengitter angebracht werden. Im Badezimmer und im Gäste WC gibt es keine Mülleimer. Der Fernseher im WZ ist sehr klein. Das ist auch auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Es wird Waipu TV angeboten. Leider keine Bedienungsbeschreibung vorgefunden. Für ältere Menschen wahrscheinlich schwer zu bedienen, wenn unbekannt. Es gibt auch keinen WZ Tisch zum abstellen für Getränke etc.. Ein kleiner, tiefer Beistelltisch ist vorhanden. Für uns waren die Matratzen zu hart. Auch das ist wahrscheinlich Gewohnheit und Geschmackssache. Der Geschirrspüler war defekt und konnte von der Haustechnik nicht repariert werden. Auch die Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert (Gab den Fehler Zulauf überprüfen an). Der Fahrradschuppen ist bereits mit einem Regal und zwei Fahrräder belegt. Wir hätten und über eine Information im Vorfeld gefreut, da ich ein Hand-Bike Liegerad fahre und dies nicht mehr im Fahrradschuppen untergebracht werden konnte. Da ich z.T. auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen bin, hätte ich mich ebenfalls über eine Information der doch sehr steilen Auffahrt (z.B. Foto) gefreut. Die Auffahrt konnte ich weder mit dem Rollstuhl noch mit dem Liegerad bewerkstelligen. Dabei hatte ich extra auf eine Ferienwhg. im Erdgeschoss etc. geachtet. Schade.
