Favorite place: Beach house on Mühlendamm with sea view, garden, oven and sauna

Nestled among meadows, fields, and the Baltic Sea, the beach house on Mühlendamm offers the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy your stay. Exposed ceiling beams, beautiful hardwood floors, and the unique, tasteful decor create a special atmosphere that invites you to relax. We provide our guests with a complimentary starter set of firewood for the stove, which will be ready upon arrival. This way, you can enjoy cosy evenings with a crackling fire, warm light, and that authentic Förde feeling right from the start—perfect after a walk on the beach or a long day in the fresh sea air.

The open-concept kitchen-living area is fully equipped and invites you to enjoy meals together in the holiday rental. In the kitchen, you’ll find a classic drip coffee maker (size 4 filter bags)—perfect for a cosy start to the day. In addition, there’s a washing machine, a small dishwasher, an oven, a stove with a ceramic cooktop (and range hood), as well as a kettle and a large, stylish refrigerator (SMEG) with a freezer compartment.

Microwave upon request: If you need a microwave during your stay, one is available at Mühlendamm. It can be provided upon request. Since it is shared among several holiday rentals, availability is subject to supply.

The bathroom features underfloor heating, a heated towel rack, a spacious shower, a toilet, a sink with a hair dryer, and a window.

Bedding and towels are not included in the price—but can be added for an additional fee upon request.

The holiday home is equipped with insect screens during the summer months.

The large garden with a sea view and an apple tree is completely fenced in (fence height: 90 cm), and the garden barrel sauna also offers a great view of the Flensburg Fjord through its window. The outdoor shower rounds out the private wellness area.

Dear dog lovers
Up to three dogs are welcome to stay with us. Accommodation and cleaning fees will be charged separately. A small welcome gift is provided to help you start your holiday on a relaxing note.

The digital guest app features numerous tips for beaches, walks, and hikes with your dog, as well as for restaurants and attractions where dogs are welcome. There’s also no shortage of opportunities for plenty of stick-tossing around the Mühlendamm.

The Mühlendamm is a place of peace and relaxation. We want to preserve this special atmosphere for all guests. Therefore, we ask for mutual consideration. Dogs should not disturb other guests by barking continuously or repeatedly. They should also react appropriately to walkers, other dogs, and passersby on the public beach path.

Mühlendamm is particularly well-suited for dogs that feel comfortable in a quiet environment with other guests, dogs, and occasional activity on the beach path. This way, both dog owners and those seeking peace and quiet can enjoy a relaxing stay.
