Built in 2025, this newly constructed holiday rental offers a modern, comfortable atmosphere and is located just 50 metres from city centre, putting Sylt’s best amenities within easy walking distance.

With a spacious floor area of 22 m², the holiday rental offers plenty of room for up to two people. The light-filled rooms are tastefully furnished, and the open kitchen, which opens onto the living room, invites you to prepare culinary delights. Here you’ll find all the necessary appliances, including an electric stove with an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine to ensure your enjoyment.

A special highlight is the walk-in shower and the heated floors in the bathroom, which provide additional comfort.

After an eventful day in the fresh North Sea air, relax in your living room with a good film on the modern TV, or enjoy the benefits of free Wi-Fi, which offers internet speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s.

You can park virtually for free in the nearby car park; the parking fee is only €2 per day.

Die Wohnung ist ein absoluter Traum, das einzige Manko ist die Lage. Die Wohnung ist super ruhig, man hört wirklich gar nichts von außen, obwohl die Wohnung direkt an der Kreuzung ist. Sauberkeit wird sehr groß geschrieben Ich habe mich sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und würde, wenn es die gleiche noch in einer anderen Gegend geben würde ohne zu zögern buchen…

Sonst Lage aber perfekt. 2 Minuten zu Bus und Bahn, 2 Minuten zur Wilhelmstraße und in 8 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer
