The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living and dining area with an adjoining, modern kitchen. Here you can enjoy time together, eat and cook together, or simply relax after an eventful day. The apartment really comes into its own during the colder months: The fireplace creates a warm, cosy atmosphere and invites you to relax and unwind after a long walk in the fresh North Sea air. Whether with a good book, a hot drink, or a cosy evening on the sofa—here, a holiday feels like true relaxation.

The modern, high-quality kitchen offers everything you need for your stay and makes self-catering especially enjoyable. This allows you to plan your holiday with complete flexibility and relaxation.

The two bedrooms are comfortable and lovingly furnished, offering you pleasant retreats for restful nights. One of the bedrooms features a comfortable double box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a TV. The second bedroom is equipped with two single box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm each) and also has a TV. All rooms have blackout curtains and insect screens, so you can enjoy peaceful quiet and restful sleep at any time of day.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and offers additional comfort. A special highlight is the infrared sauna, which provides soothing relaxation, especially during the cooler months. After a winter stroll along the beach, you can warm up here and recharge your batteries. Combined with the fireplace, the apartment is the perfect place for cosy and relaxing holiday days, even during the cold season.

On the large balcony, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air to the fullest. Equipped with a garden table, chairs, and an electric grill, it invites you to wind down the day in a relaxed way—whether it’s breakfast outdoors, a little break in the sun, or a cosy evening barbecue.

The location is also a highlight: Perlebucht is just a few minutes’ walk away and thus easily accessible—ideal for days at the beach, walks along the water, or relaxing hours with a view of the North Sea.
