The "Sonneneck" apartment warmly welcomes you to your getaway from everyday life.
This bright apartment, newly furnished in 2025 and featuring a sunny south/west-facing balcony, is located between the Bad and Dorf districts on the ground floor of an apartment building. Lovingly furnished, this cosy apartment accommodates 2 people. Just about 50 metres away is the newly redesigned Erlebnishus and the inviting Erlebnispromenade. A leisurely stroll takes you to the pier, where you can take a deep breath and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings on the beach.
The Bad town centre, with its shops and restaurants, is also within walking distance.

The living area of approximately 45 m² is divided as follows:
Entrance area, a shower room/toilet, spacious living room with dining area, kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed, which can be accessed from both sides.
The sunny southwest-facing balcony, with its view of the greenery, invites you to relax outdoors.

There is a small bicycle storage room in the building for storing bicycles, and the building is equipped with an lift.

One parking space is available for your use.

Die Fewo ist mit wirklich allem eingerichtet, was man braucht (vom Eierpikser bis zur Fliegenklatsche)! Sie ist hell und modern und liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Man blickt ins Grüne, aber auch auf das nächste Hochhaus. Ja Recherche im Internet.
