With a spacious living area of approximately 130 m² and 3 rooms—including 2 cosy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms—there’s plenty of room here for up to 4 people to relax and feel at home.

Built in 2024, this detached holiday home features a modern and bright interior design. The spacious living area, featuring comfortable hardwood floors, invites you to linger and offers not only two cosy sofas but also a dining area perfect for sharing meals together. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality amenities, including an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, wine cooler, and dishwasher, making cooking a pleasure. A refrigerator and all necessary kitchen utensils are also at your disposal.

The two stylish bedrooms on the upper floor are furnished with modern furniture, box-spring beds (180 x 200), and hardwood floors, offering a pleasant retreat after an active day at the beach. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers, sinks, toilets, and convenient mirrors, while a hair dryer is provided for your comfort. Free Wi-Fi and two smart TVs ensure you’ll be well entertained even in bad weather.

Outside, a sunny terrace with patio furniture awaits you—perfect for enjoying the fresh air and the view of the garden. The fully enclosed property not only ensures privacy but also safety for children and pets. A maximum of one pet (for a fee) is welcome, so your four-legged friend can also enjoy a carefree holiday.
