Our house is located in the town of Kreuth, in the Reitrain district. You’ll find a cosy, well-furnished holiday rental with a sunny and quiet terrace. Our location is ideal for long bike rides or hikes—the cross-country ski trail is right next to our house.

Welcome to our cosy holiday rental between Rottach-Egern and Kreuth-in-Reitrain. Sunny and quiet terrace. Unobstructed views of the mountains and nature. Towels, a hair dryer, kitchen linens, and bed linens, as well as cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a radio, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave are, of course, provided. Guest parking is available right in front of the house. We offer the Tegernsee Card.
The centers of Rottach-Egern and Kreuth, as well as Lake Tegernsee, are just a 5-minute drive away. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away (free buses around the lake). The nearest bakery is a 5-minute walk away, and the nearest shopping area is a 15-minute walk away. Our house is your ideal starting point for beautiful walks in the nearby nature reserve. Are you a hiking enthusiast? Or do you prefer family-friendly outdoor swimming pools? The immediate area offers plenty of opportunities for both. Winter: Germany’s longest toboggan run (Wallberg) is a 15-minute walk away. A beautiful cross-country ski trail runs right behind the house. Several attractive ski resorts in the immediate vicinity. Summer: Lake Tegernsee invites you to enjoy a wonderful boat ride or a relaxing day of swimming at the public sunbathing areas, which you can also easily reach with a short bike ride. Would you like to go on mountain bike tours? We’d be happy to help you plan your routes. The state capital, Munich, is only 50 kilometres away. You can reach neighbouring Austria (e.g., Lake Achensee) in 30 minutes by car. We look forward to your visit.

Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir erhielten ausführliche Informationen über mögliche Aktivitäten und Ausflugsziele. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für Bade- und Wanderurlaub in dieser Gegend. Wir kommen gern wieder.
