First floor condo with steps to the beach is hard to beat. Nice when the hosts have a few days of essentials-trash bags- dishwasher pods- TP- Coffee-Paper Towels- so you’re not in a desperate sprint to the store.

The bedside lights need to be on a switch, took a long time to figure out how to turn them on. Door was wide open when we arrived so could not see #of unit we rented. Thought someone else was there. Need number of unit outside on wall. Overall it was a fine place to stay with all the necessary features. Thank you.

Hi Douglas. Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconveniences you experienced. The bedside lights are on a switch and you touch the base of the lamps to turn them on and off. The switch on the wall only turns them off. Again, we are sorry this became a problem for you. As far as the villa door, if the door is not shut completely, the wind sometimes will blow it open. The property was exactly what we wanted. It was in close proximity to the beach, had all we needed for a comfortable stay, and was in great condition. Also, the State Park Pass was a terrific extra feature. We have visited Harbor Island many times for our summer vacations and think it is a wonderful place. Everything was comfortable, clean, beautiful and well appointed. Lots of nice touches such as a full selection of cooking spices and a pass to Huntington Island State Park. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

Comfortable and Relaxing Retreat

Lovely condo that is beautifully decorated and well-stocked with all you need for a beach vacation. Our favorite part was the great view of Hunting Island. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck while grilling our dinner. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful experience. The condo and the view were beautiful.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable

We have stayed here several times and have always had a great experience. We love the marsh side of these condos, it is quiet with great views. The condo has everything we need and is clean and comfortable.

Why they chose this property

Aside from the obvious; the sun, quiet beaches, local amenities, great fishing and golf. The very first time we stepped foot on Harbor Island we encountered many turtle nests! What's not to love about Harbor Island?!

What makes this property unique

Relax, relax, relax....Life is good when you can start your day off watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, relax on the beach while watching the local wildlife, cook up some fresh local seafood for dinner and end your day with a glass of wine listening to the breeze rustling through the palm trees while sitting on the bungalow's back deck.
