Private Cottage next to Hunting Island State Park and 5 min from the beach

Lovely newly remodeled 1-bedroom 1 bath cottage surrounded by 3 acres of quite peaceful lot. Ideal for a couple, or family with kids. Located short distance (0.4miles) from Coffin Point beach.
Cottage has queen bedroom, futon bed, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi, 2 smart TVs, Disney and Hulu included.
You have everything you need to enjoy the nature, and outdoor activities.
The space:
Large private outdoor pavilion has plenty of seating to enjoy family meals, and hammock to take an afternoon nap. It is fully screened to enjoy outdoors away from bugs. Firepit is right in the middle of the lot to roast some marshmallows and sit by the fire.
Area:
This area has so much to offer. Hunting Island State Park is only 10 minutes away (7 miles). And Annual Pass is included with your stay!
You can bring your boat, go fishing/crabbing/shrimping, hiking, ride horses on the beach, bike, and more.
Downtown Beaufort is 20 min away (13 miles) with plenty to offer for a full day trip. Parris island is 30min away (20miles). Also if you have RV or camper with more guests, please reach out, we have space and happy to accommodate.

Access to entire 3 acres lot with one bedroom cottage, screened outdoor gazebo. Lot is not shared with anyone, you will have very private vacation with no neighbors to see.

Please remove all trash to the trash bins next to the shed. All trash must be secured in plastic bags as we have plenty of furry visitors that like to dig through it:)
Please put remotes and Hunting Island park pass to its original places.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Terrific stay! The cottage is perfect for a couple looking for a getaway to Hunting Island State Park -- and the outbuildings are great for charging an EV (110 or 220V!). We'll be back when we visit again!

St. Helena Stay

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the property. The screened in building was great for relaxing without being annoyed by bugs. Close proximity to Hunting Island State park which had a nice beach and light house. We enjoyed our stay and exploring nearby areas.

Hunting Island and Spanish moss

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved Hunting Island, Beaufort, the Spanish moss and old trees, the riverwalk and the parks around the area. The property was private, well appointed, clean and quiet. We will be back.

Saint Helena Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage, it was just as described. The beach is very close and convenient, it was nice to be able to watch sunrises and sunsets. The property is very private, we even saw deer walking around on it. The screened in and covered pavilion is also a very nice bonus! We will definitely love to stay here again!

Island stay

The site is rustic, natural and private. Not plush but adequate. I made a few suggestions for the manager for improvements to accommodate those of us who are older. The screened area was much more spacious than the house. My only complaint is the positioning of the bed. It was only accessible on one side and crawling out for potty trips at night was a challenge for the inside sleeper.
