This spacious 45-square-meter holiday apartment is idyllically situated on the outskirts of Grafrath in the Fürstenfeldbruck district and is located in a Bavarian log cabin. Surrounding the log cabin, with its unique atmosphere, you’ll find an idyllic garden with a pond and green oases nestled among flowers, trees, and tall grasses. You have direct access to this area from the holiday apartment.

Location and excursion options:
Munich (approx. 35 km) is easily accessible by S-Bahn. For a beach holiday in the Upper Bavarian Fünfseenland, the apartment is ideally situated: it’s about 5 km to Lake Ammersee (Inning), 8 km to Lake Wörthsee, 12 km to Lake Wesslinger See, 18 km to Lake Pilsensee, and 25 km to Lake Starnberger See.
You can set out on bike tours right from your holiday home—for example, around Lake Wörth, to Lake Ammersee, to Lake Wesslinger via the golf course, to the Jexhof Farm Museum, or to Andechs Monastery. 
At the Grafrath riding stable, you can enjoy a horseback riding holiday; there’s a golf club at Lake Wörth; Lake Ammersee is perfect for sailing and surfing; and you can play tennis in Inning am Ammersee.

Kugler Holiday Rental:

The living area features a couch that can be converted into an additional sleeping area if needed, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a radio, and Wi-Fi.
The sleeping area features a double bed (180x200; bed linens are included in the price) and a wardrobe.
The kitchen, featuring a counter and dining area, is integrated into the space. A dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave,
a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a stove with an oven and a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a toaster are provided. Dish soap, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, and tea towels are provided.
The bright bathroom with a window is equipped with a shower, toilet, large sink with mirror, makeup mirror, hair dryer, as well as hand towels, bath towels, and toilet paper.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
