The apartments are located in a multi-family building; each apartment has 1 parking space available. There is a bicycle storage area, but it is not locked.
In Grafrath, there are two supermarkets, a restaurant, and an organic supermarket. In Fürstenfeldbruck, 10 km away, there are cafes, supermarkets, discount stores, cinemas, and restaurants.
City centre Munich is about 35 km away.
Grafrath has an S-Bahn station; the S 4 takes you directly to Munich.
There is also a bus stop on the same street, about 200 metres away, which provides service every half hour to the S-Bahn S 4 from Buchenau to Munich (daily except Sundays).
