About this property

Vacation home for 4 guests with 80m² in Garding (295209)

Our holiday home, “Frische Brise,” is located in the heart of the Eiderstedt Peninsula. With 80 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 4 people. It features two bedrooms, a living room with an open-concept kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet on the upper floor. A spacious entryway allows you to dry clothes and shoes in bad weather.

A cot and a high chair are available for toddlers up to 3 years old.

Wi-Fi 500 is available.

A sun terrace with patio furniture and a parasol is located right next to the apartment.

Relax on our secluded sun terrace, which is over 30 m² in size (not quite finished yet, but fully usable), featuring beach chairs, seating, a garden grill, and beach chairs.

A lawn for sunbathing is located right next to it.

A parking space is available.

The house is suitable for people with allergies, so pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

The house is located near a railway line. (Local train that runs twice an hour.)

The house is centrally located in Garding. The train station and shopping options are about 400 m away. Doctors, dentists, a pediatrician, and a pharmacy are also located in town.
