The holiday rental features a total of three bedrooms, guaranteeing a quiet and restful night’s sleep. The spacious living room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen, creating a harmonious space for cooking and spending time together. All televisions in this modern holiday rental are smart TVs. The kitchen has everything you could want: a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. You’ll also find all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as dishes and silverware, to prepare delicious meals.
The holiday rental features two stylish bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and a toilet. A makeup mirror and a hair dryer are also provided. Combined with the warm, inviting atmosphere, your stay will be a thoroughly relaxing experience.

Rex Rugia Beach Resort, House 17, in the Baltic Sea resort town of Lobbe, is nestled within an approximately 85,000 m² park-like grounds featuring expansive green spaces. The building, newly constructed in 2025 in the North German style, blends harmoniously into the quiet, natural surroundings.

House 17 features modern and comfortably furnished apartments with two, three, or four rooms. All units feature a balcony or terrace, offering ideal conditions for a relaxing stay near the Baltic Sea.

From April through the end of October, beach chairs are available right on the beach and can be reserved—subject to availability and for an additional fee. Please note that only a limited number are available.

The unspoiled, fine-sand beach stretches for about ten kilometres from Göhren to Thiessow. House 17 is located nearly in the centre of this stretch of coastline. A narrow, wooded belt of dunes separates the house from the beach, which is easily accessible via a wide footpath.

Its location in the heart of Mönchgut makes House 17 an ideal starting point for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Gentle hills, vast meadows, sheltered Bodden landscapes, and well-developed hiking and biking trails characterise this particularly unspoiled region of the island of Rügen. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, wide-open spaces, and an authentic island atmosphere.
