Positiv: Das Haus und die Lage sind hervorragend. Alles wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir waren vom 27.09. bis 04.10.25 dort. Die Ausstattung ist ansprechend. Es hat alles funktioniert. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren außerhalb der Ferien dort und hatten unsere Ruhe. Das Haus ist richtig gemütlich!Negativ: Leider war der Kühlschrank von innen vereist und nass. Nach 8 Stunden Fahrt einen Kühlschrank zu putzen ist eher unerfreulich. Unter dem Fernsehschrank ist wohl schon seit vielen Monaten nicht mehr geputzt worden.Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und unbequem. Da haben schon andere Gäste drauf hingewiesen. Das ließe sich mit einem überschaubaren Kostenaufwand erledigen. Warum tun sich Vermieter hier so schwer?In den Anreiseunterlagen wird eine Anreise um 18:00 Uhr empfohlen, um auch ganz sicher ein gereinigtes Haus vorzufinden. Check-out ist eine Woche später allerdings schon um 10:00 Uhr. Das ist eine Differenz von 8 Stunden zu Lasten des Mieters und nichts anderes als eine Unverschämtheit, zumal die Putzkolonne schon um 9:50 Uhr genervt vor dem Haus auf und ab ging.

Geeignet für Groß und Klein

Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön. Die Nähe zum Strand und zur Einkaufspassage sehr vorteilhaft wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist. Das große Badezimmer unten mit Whirlpool-Badewanne hat unserem Sohn total gut gefallen und wurde oft genutzt. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist leider sehr klein und kaum geeignet um mit mehreren Personen zu kochen. Der Geschirrspüler bleibt nicht mehr von allein unten, sollte also einmal ausgetauscht werden.In der Nacht ist das Haus leider sehr hellhörig und die Betten sind für größere Leute nicht gemacht. Ansonsten hatten wir hier aber eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden auch wieder so Urlaub machen.

Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt.

Alles in allem waren es ok. Dieses war das 3 Ferienhaus dieses Typs, indem wir unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Uns haben hier ein paar Sachen im Vergleich zu den anderen beiden gefehlt. Schlafzimmer im OG Betten nur 1,40 breit finde ich für 2 Personen nicht kompfortabel. In der Sauna gab es kein Thermometer und keine Sanduhr. Das ist für mich Grundausstattung. Das Haus machte den Eindruck, als ob es lange nicht benutzt und gereinigt wurde. Teilweise schmutziges Besteck im Kasten.

Das Ferienhaus war genau wie beschrieben, die Lage ist top, strandnah, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betten könnten etwas besser sein, ansonsten alles super.

Schön gelegenes, komfortables Ferienhaus

Schöne Einrichtung, sehr gemütlich und gut isoliert. Kaminofen lässt sich super anfeuern und macht es fast zu warm. Leichte Ausstattungsmängel (z. B. fehlendes Saunazubehör) und teilweise unbefriedigender Reinigunszustand sind Negativpunkte.

Rundum zufrieden!

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und wunderschön eingerichtet, so dass man auch bei schlechtem Wetter einen Tag drinnen verbringen kann. Besonders angenehm ist auch die Nähe zum Strand. Bei Problemen oder Fragen kümmert sich der Vermieter auch persönlich und zeitnah darum, dass alles geklärt wird. Ein toller, entspannter Urlaub, wir buchen gern wieder!

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Super ist die Nähe zum Strand. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit genügend Geschirr und allem was man täglich braucht. Die Bäder sind auch sehr schön und geräumig. Leider sind die Betten etwas schmal und die Matrazen müssten dringen erneutert werden, ebenso der Toaster, der leider nicht zu gebrauchen war. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage!

Organisation hat toll funktioniert! Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich, haben mich noch mit Vorab-Info's ausgestattet; Haus war sauber, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schaut auch wirklich so aus wie auf den Foto's; nachdem es während meines Urlaubes (erste Märzwoche) noch ziemlich kalt war, habe ich mich sehr über die gut funktionierende Heizung gefreut; tolle Lage - gleich beim Strand und trotzdem zentral - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant's gleich um's Eck!

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit im "Feenwald" verlebt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Genügend Platz, zwei sehr schöne Badezimmer, ein sehr gemütlicher Wohn- und Essbereich tragen zur Erholung bei. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Waldrand und ist in direkter Nähe zum Ostseestrand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es geht noch besser

Das Haus ist ja ganz schön, aber wahnsinnig hellhörig. Man hat jeden aus jedem Zimmer gehört. Die Betten sind mächtig in die Jahre gekommen und die Kopfkissen sind grauenhaft. Sauna und Whirlpool waren defekt. Mikrowelle sollte bei einem 5 Sterne Haus da sein. Geputzt war gut, aber man sollte auch mal in die Ecken schauen und die Spinnweben entfernen. Das schöne ist die Lage im Wald, der Ort an sich und natürlich das Meer.

Trotz kleiner Mängel seit 14 Jahren verliebt in Baader Dünenhäuser

Kenne diese Häuser seit 14 Jahren, sehr zweckmäßig aber der Stauraum zu gering (bei allen bisher gemieteten Objekten) leichte Abhilfe:: Mehr Kleiderbügel, Schuhregale, mehr Wandhaken, Kiste für Sitzkissen = mehr Ordnung und die schöne schwedisch Architektur kann wirken.

Schön für eine Woche

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Einrichtung, genau wie beschrieben. Großes Plus ist die Strandnähe und die gute Logistik mit fußläufig erreichbaren Bäckern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein kleiner Negativpunkt ist der für die "moderne" Familie unterdimensionierter Router während der EM mit Livestreaming auf der Terrasse.

Super Lage und Ambiente

Das Haus ist strandnah gelegen und bietet eine sehr gute Atmosphäre und komplette Ausstattung. Einige wenige kritische Anmerkungen sind die Hellhörigkeit der Holzkonstruktion und die für 2 Erwachsene zu schmalen Betten im OG, war aber für uns nicht relevant. Für die Anfahrt könnte man auch einen Geländewagen gebrauchen...

Die ruhige Lage und Nähe zur Ostsee hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Trotz Doppelhaus hat man von den Nachbarn nichts mitbekommen. Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nettes Feriendomizil
