The approximately 50 m² apartment "Seaside" accommodates 2 to 4 people and is ideally located—right in the city centre and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The apartment is situated in a well-maintained building with an lift and is also within easy walking distance of the train station. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) as well as a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm) in the living area, which can be converted into an additional sleeping space in no time at all. The living and dining area is bright and modern and opens onto the balcony, where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or wind down in the evening. For self-catering, a small kitchen is available, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, Nespresso capsule machine, and a modern air fryer—ideal for easily toasting breakfast rolls. A bathroom with a shower rounds out the amenities. Feel free to use the free Wi-Fi. Public, paid parking is available nearby. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
