The combined living andFrom here, you can access the balcony, which faces south and is furnished with suitable furniture. You’ll also enjoy a magnificent view of the lake from here and can fully enjoy your holiday while listening to the sound of the sea.

In the combined living/bedroom, you’ll find a modern sofa set that can be easily converted into a bed, as well as a small wall unit and a walk-in closet. You can store your luggage in the adjoining storage room. For your entertainment, a flat-screen satellite TV and a stereo system are available.

The shower room is located on this floor. The shower has a low threshold, and the numerous ceiling lights ensure perfect lighting for applying makeup or shaving. You’ll also find plenty of space for your toiletries.

The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It’s equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, and many more extras. There is also a dining table that seats 4 people.

The living room/bedroom features a cosy sleeper sofa (140x200 metres) for 2 people.

On the upper floor is the large bedroom, which is furnished with a box-spring bed and a wardrobe. Of course, a flat-screen satellite TV is also available here, and if it gets too warm, simply turn on the fan.

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days prior to arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
