A quiet holiday rental located near the beach. Built in 2006, this holiday home—which features two holiday rentals—is situated on the edge of a forest in a quiet side street with no through traffic, on an 800-square-meter lot. The holiday apartment, which has a separate entrance, is approximately 34 square metres in size and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen area and a sofa bed for 1 person (sleeping area approx. 1.55 m x 2.00 m), as well as a bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for 2–3 people (maximum occupancy: 3 people). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, range hood, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Amenities also include an LCD TV with satellite connection, a radio, and a hair dryer. The apartment features a terrace accessible from the unit, complete with patio furniture and a grill. All windows are equipped with insect screens and roller shutters. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels. A linen package can be booked optionally for €22.00 per person. A travel cot and a high chair are available upon request. The beach is approximately 800 metres away and can be reached on foot in about 12 minutes. Pets are not allowed. For bookings during peak season, check-in is only possible on weekends. The minimum stay during this period is 5 nights. If there are openings in the calendar, a shorter stay may be possible. This is a holiday rental. We do not live on-site, but our property manager lives in the same building and is your on-site contact. Glowe has one of the most beautiful beaches on Rügen and is now the largest seaside resort in the north of the island, connecting the Jasmund and Wittow peninsulas. In the old fishing village of Glowe, residents once made their living from traditional fishing. Today, there is still one private fishing business with its own smokehouse. A new marina attracts water sports enthusiasts. The beach promenade is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Restaurants and cafés invite you to linger. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels. Optionally, a linens package can be booked for €22.00 per person. A starter kit (1 tea towel, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 dishcloth, 2 dishwasher tablets, and 1 small bottle of dish soap) will be provided upon arrival. The municipality of Glowe charges a visitor’s tax in accordance with municipal regulations, which must be paid to our property manager upon arrival.
