Malgré une entrée d'immeuble peu avenante, l'appartement est très propre, spacieux avec une grande hauteur sous plafond, lumineux et bien équipé. Le logement est bien situé à proximité des lignes U-Bahn et S-Bahn de Wedding, et proche de commerces.Il est également au premier étage d'un immeuble qui borde la Müllerstrasse qui est très passante et malheureusement l'isolation phonique est, de notre point de vue, insuffisante, notamment dans l'une des chambres. Par ailleurs, les rideaux n'occultent que partiellement l'éclairage urbain. A prendre en compte pour les sommeils légers. Sinon, l'appartement est très agréable.

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit der U9 vom Leopoldplatz, gute Busverbindung direkt von und zum Hauptbahnhof, viele Gemüseläden und Supermärkte in kurzer Reichweite. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig und gibt mit den hohen Decken ein tolles Wohngefühl
