Living Space

The living area of approximately 100 m², spread across five rooms, is utilised optimally. The holiday home comfortably accommodates eight guests. On the ground floor is the large living room with a cosy sofa arrangement and a large dining table. The fenced-in garden provides a safe space for children, and the patio with outdoor furniture is perfect for relaxing together. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. The bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (1.80 and 1.60 wide). On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms. The larger one has a comfortable double bed (2.00 wide), while the smaller one has two single beds (0.90 wide each) and a play area for children. In case work calls even while on holiday, a workspace has been provided. There is also another bathroom with a shower and toilet on the second floor.

Entertainment

An LED TV in the living room awaits you for film nights together. With Wi-Fi access, you can stream your favourite shows in top quality at any time, even while on holiday.

The mandatory visitor’s tax (for guests 18 years of age and older) is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. Please feel free to contact us in advance to enquire about prices. The price range is between €1.55 and €3.50 per night per person.
