In an exclusive location with separate access to the promenade, the modern, newly built villa “Marlen” welcomes you. The high-quality, well-appointed apartments offer you attractive and cosy comfort, creating a charming holiday atmosphere.

Your accommodation is located roughly halfway between the two imperial spa towns of Heringsdorf and Bansin. From here, you can reach the lively town centers and the piers in about a 15-minute walk. Standing on the promenade with the villa behind you, walk to the right for about 10 minutes to reach the Pinguin ice cream parlour and the Seebär beach snack bar. From there, follow Strandstraße towards the town centre to stop at other restaurants and bistros. You can take picturesque walks along the idyllic Schloonsee by walking from Maxim-Gorki-Straße in front of the house for about 5 minutes towards Bansin.
To round out your vacation’s wellness experience, warm up in the free communal sauna (November 1–April 30: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 16.00 - 21.00 ) and then relax on one of the deck chairs.

You can store your own or rented bicycles either at the building entrance or securely in the villa’s bike storage room. In addition, you can use a washing machine and dryer in the basement for a fee.

Each apartment has one parking space available on the property.

To access the property, you will receive a remote control upon arrival, for which a deposit of €50 is required.

This 65-square-meter, 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The cosy, open-concept living area features a sitting area with a TV and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and Senseo coffee machine, is also open to the living area. Two balconies facing south and west, respectively, invite you to enjoy a relaxing break outdoors. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a closet. The larger bedroom also features an additional TV. In addition, this apartment offers two bathrooms with a sink and toilet—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. In the basement, you’ll find a sauna, a bike storage room, a washing machine, and a dryer. The house has private, direct access to the promenade, so you can reach the beautiful sandy beach in less than 5 minutes. The nearby dog beach (approx. 450 m) is the perfect spot for a daily walk, especially for guests with dogs. The parking space is located on the enclosed property and is assigned to the apartment.
