Perched on the Kulm, the "San Marino" spa villa—lovingly renovated in 2004—is nestled in a quiet, park-like setting. Each of the tastefully furnished and cosy apartments features a balcony, a terrace, or a loggia. Children will enjoy the small playground on the property, which includes two swings, a standard seesaw, a spring rocker, and two benches.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the lively town centre with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. From here, you can quickly reach the Heringsdorf pier. At 508 metres, it is the longest pier in Germany. The town centre is also home to the popular concert shell and the world’s largest beach chair!

To round out your holiday experience, a free communal sauna in the central entrance of “Haus Annette” (on the property) welcomes you from mid-September through mid-May. You can warm up and relax on several lounge chairs and in a small seating area during the following hours:

4:00 PM – 10:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

At “Haus Valentino” (on the property), you can use a bike storage room as well as a washing machine and dryer for a fee.

Each apartment has 1 parking space available.

To access the property, you’ll receive a remote control upon arrival, for which a deposit of 50 € is required.

In this 78-square-meter, 3-room apartment, the owner has created a lovely blend of modern living comfort and tasteful antiques. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor—the building’s location speaks for itself. The entire apartment features real wood parquet flooring. The spacious, semi-open living area is furnished with a cosy seating area featuring a small flat-screen TV and a large dining area that seats 4 people. The open, modern, fully equipped kitchen—featuring a ceramic cooktop, combination oven/microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.—is also integrated into the living area. The balcony, which is accessible from the kitchen, faces northeast and offers guests a stunning view of the Baltic Sea all the way to the Bansin pier and the Langer Berg. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (0.80 x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds pushed together, each equipped with a large wardrobe. Two bathrooms feature a bathtub or shower with a sink and toilet. The parking space is located on the property. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.

We’re happy to deliver firewood to your apartment. We charge 6.00 euros for this service, plus the cost of the firewood at 8.00 euros per bag (approx. 15 kg).
