The villa’s common area features a small video library and a small book collection, ensuring there’s never a dull moment—even when the weather is bad. The nearby beech forest invites you to relax and enjoy nature.

This lovingly and comfortably furnished 42-square-meter 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 2–3 people. In the living room, you’ll find a cosy couch that doubles as a pull-out bed for the third person. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and more. The dining area in the open living space provides room for shared meals. The furnished balcony is accessible from the living room and is perfect for relaxing in the sun outdoors. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200). A wardrobe is located in the adjacent, separate hallway. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, as well as a sink and toilet. A parking space is located in the underground garage (entry height 2 m) and is assigned to the apartment.
