The “Strand-Park” holiday complex is located directly on the beach promenade in Heringsdorf. The 66-square-meter Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, usspv12, with a loggia and a view of the green park, can accommodate up to 4 people.

The Location
This southwestern-facing holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the historic villa, built in the style typical of the imperial seaside resorts. Part of the “Strand-Park” resort, situated in the midst of a lovingly maintained green space and just a few metres from Heringsdorf’s fine-sand beach, a footpath leads directly from the promenade through the dunes to the beach. In just a few minutes, you can reach Heringsdorf’s pier.

Amenities
The non-smoking holiday apartment, featuring a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, offers free Wi-Fi and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and two wardrobes, as well as a living area with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system. A beautiful loggia overlooking the park is also part of the apartment, as is the fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for a fee.

Special Features
The Strand-Park has its own sauna area with a sauna and an infrared sauna. The sauna area is available to you daily starting at 5:00 PM free of charge. Dressing gowns are available for rent at the service office for a fee.
The resort also features a shared car park, bike racks, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, which are available in the laundry room. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
