Enjoy your Usedom holiday in one of the beautiful apartments at Villa Berty, located right in the heart of the imperial and Baltic Sea resort of Bansin. Villa Berty was built around 1900 and renovated in 2010–2011 with great attention to detail. The combination of modern construction technology with historic architectural elements ensures a high quality of living in an exciting architectural setting. The promenade is about a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants, cafes, a bakery, and other shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity.

Located in the attic, this 44-square-meter 2-room apartment offers space for 2–3 people to enjoy a pleasant holiday. The spacious open-concept living area exudes a special charm with its decorative exposed beams. Here you’ll find a cosy sitting area with a sofa bed (sleeping surface 150 x 200), a recliner, and a large flat-screen TV. The dining table for 4 people and the modern built-in kitchen—including a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher—are also located in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. In the bathroom, guests have access to a glass-enclosed shower and a sink/toilet. Guests can park their cars and bicycles on the property.
