The lovingly renovated "Mailin" seaside villa at Seestraße 36 in Heringsdorf is located in the heart of town. A 5-minute walk takes you to the Heringsdorf pier and the beach. The villa offers cosy holiday apartments for 2 to 5 people. All apartments feature well-maintained amenities.

This approximately 60-square-meter 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor (attic level) and is suitable for 2–4 people. In the cosy living room, guests will find a seating area with a flat-screen TV, as well as an open-concept fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Meals can be enjoyed at the large dining table in the spacious, light-filled, enclosed loggia (windows can be opened), which faces south. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and plenty of closet space. The bathroom, which has a window, features a shower, sink, and toilet.
One parking space is available in the car park approximately 150 m from Villa Mailin.
Please note that upon arrival, a cash deposit of 15.00 euros is required for the parking pass.
