This modern, high-quality 66-square-meter three-room apartment is located on the ground floor and faces southwest. The bright living room, with a large window front, is furnished with a dining table that seats 4 people and a cosy couch area. A flat-screen TV and a radio/CD player are, of course, included. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living area and equipped with an oven/ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The large, southwestern-facing furnished terrace is accessible from the living room and enjoys sun all day long. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (80 or 90 x 200) and ample closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, as well as an infrared sauna. An additional guest bathroom is available. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the bike storage room.
