Our “Pilot’s Apartment” on the ground floor of the lovingly restored pilot’s house offers a cosy living environment spanning approximately 70 square metres: Living room with a large sleeper sofa (2 x 2 m), bedroom with two single beds, kitchen, bathroom (shower + bathtub), tiled stove, and open fireplace. From the cosy living room, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea between Barhöft and Rügen, as well as the harbour. Antiques and designer furniture create a unique living atmosphere. Ideal for up to four people.

Amenities include an electric stove (induction), refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A baby cot with an extra mattress can be provided upon request. A washing machine and dryer are located in the house. Wi-Fi (fiber-optic) and parking are available. Outside, you can relax on the terrace that belongs to the holiday rental.

Within walking distance are the harbour and beach of Barhöft, the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park, a small playground, an observation tower with views of Hiddensee and Rügen, a national park museum, a café with a small shop, and a restaurant overlooking the harbour. Rent an e-bike on site and discover the surrounding area, or explore Barhöft from the water by renting a motorboat (15 PS). Enjoy being close to the water and swap the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a slower pace and tranquility.

The nearest supermarket in Prohn is about a 10-minute drive away. There you’ll also find an excellent butcher, a Volksbank branch, a pharmacy, and a family doctor’s office.

The Hanseatic city of Stralsund, with its numerous attractions (harbour, Ozeaneum, Hansedom, museums, Gorch Fock), restaurants, and cafés, is about a 15-minute drive away.
