This charming two-room apartment with a balcony in the “Prinz Hamlet” is just a few steps from the fine sandy beach of Pelzerhaken/Neustadt and can accommodate up to four people—perfect for couples, friends, or families.

The promenade right outside the door is wonderful for strolling, and numerous national and international restaurants offer a variety of culinary delights.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor; it has been lovingly modernized and furnished with great care and passion. Here, you can unwind, relax, and feel completely at home. High-quality designer hardwood flooring throughout the living area creates a warm, comfortable atmosphere.

In the living room, you’ll find a stylish built-in kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, oven with pizza function, 4-zone glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster—and, of course, plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. The cozy dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together.

A comfortable sofa offers a place to relax, and a 37-inch flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a Blu-ray player are available for cozy evenings. Hidden in the wall unit is a fold-out double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with plenty of storage space in the adjacent closet.

The separate bedroom is furnished with two comfortable box-spring beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm)—ideal for a restful night’s sleep. On the balcony, furnished with a table and four chairs, you can enjoy a partial view of the Baltic Sea while sipping a cup of coffee and letting your mind wander.

The modern shower room has everything you need: a mirror, a vanity cabinet, and a hair dryer. In the hallway, a large mirrored cabinet provides ample storage space for clothes, shoes, and more.

A real bonus: In the basement, you’ll find a heated indoor pool, a sauna, and coin-operated washers and dryers. A large outdoor pool is also open seasonally.

Of course, the apartment comes with its own parking space. Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge. You can securely park your bicycles behind the parking garage.
