About this property

OCEANFRONT PRIVATE BALCONY RIGHT ON THE BEACH

Please note that during the summer months, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

This one bedroom, one bath beach front corner unit is on the third floor above the beach with a private beachfront balcony. Recently renovated with all new cabinets and countertops!

The Perdido Skye mid-rise is located between the pristine Gulf Island Seashore and the Florida State Park Beach, both famous for gleaming white sand beaches. The location is convenient to a great selection of fine and casual dining.

This unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Recent upgrades/features include:

- Washer/dryer in the unit

- King sized bed and flat screen TV in the bedroom

- Queen sized sofa sleeper (Please note that there is a 300 lbs weight limit on this sleeper)

- Kid-sized bunk beds, suitable for small children under the age of 12

- Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops

- Keyless entry

- Gulf front views with comfortable patio furniture

Taste of early spring!

My family and I had a great 4 days at the beach in this Condo at Perdido Skye. Great view of the gulf, great access to the beach and plenty of nearby amenities. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably.

Perfect getaway!

The condo was a perfect vacation getaway for my wife and I. It had everything we needed for the week we stayed. Beaches were very nice and the atmosphere there was great. Dining just across the street at the Jellyfish was great. Also had food and grocery delivery right to the door. Will be back here again.

My stay was very enjoyable. The condo was very nice, clean and decorated beautifully. I had a problem with the door locking from inside but everything else was great. I liked being on the second floor too.

Condo was great out side sprayers to wash off sand had no water the whole time we were there elevator floor was dirty should have been swept at least once a day but condo was great

The condo was great! The location was amazing. It is right across the street from restaurants and an ice cream shop. Right on the beach! The only complaint we had was the construction going on right outside of our room. It was very loud, and you could not nap during the day if you wanted to. Other than that, everything was wonderful! We would definitely stay in this condo again.
