The welcoming three-room apartment Bosco is located on the ground floor, barrier-free, in a small new and earthquake-proof building situated in the pedestrian historic center of the charming village of Cipressa. With an area of 55 sqm, it consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (four gas burners, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, children's dining set), extendable dining table for six people, comfortable sofa bed, satellite smart TV; spacious double bedroom, small bedroom, bathroom with shower, suspended sanitary ware, hairdryer and straightener; separate laundry area. Pets are allowed. Weekly supply of bed, bath and kitchen linen included. Very convenient on foot to all main services, including the shuttle bus to the beach. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, both short and long term.

The property is located close to the beach, public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.

Free parking is available on the street.

One pet is allowed.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
