The house is located in the main square of the village, just opposite the ruins of the ancient castle of Lingueglietta. Despite its proximity to the road, the area is quiet and green.
The house, arranged on three levels, is comfortable and spacious. Stairs and steps characterise the architecture of this typical Ligurian house.
On the ground floor there is a small living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave and a gas cooker, and a small room with TV.
On the first floor, there is a children's bedroom with a bunk bed, a double bedroom and a small bathroom.
On the second floor, there is a small hallway with a shower and a small corner for reading and relaxing.
To complete the picture, the large terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and San Lorenzo.
Ideal for relaxing after a day spent at the beach.
