Es ist eine schön ausgestattete Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr hochwertig und funktional ausgestattet, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Der Miele Druckdampfgarer hat uns Spargel in bester Qualität geliefert. Da wir zu zwei Ehepaaren während der Hitzeperiode in Schwangau waren, haben wir die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten im Untergeschoss bei kühlen Temperaturen als sehr angenehm empfunden und den Eiswürfelbereiter am Kühlschrank zu schätzen gewusst. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas schmal geschnitten, sodass es eng neben den Betten ist. Das Badezimmer ist super geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch die Terrasse im Innenhof ist praktisch mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Wir fanden das Parkplatzangebot nicht ideal. Es war sehr schwierig am Ende des schmalen Parkstreifens zu parken. Zwei Ehepaare, jeweils im Seniorenalter.

Wir haben die Wohnung mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Hund genutzt. Es ist wirklich alles und noch mehr vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Sehr großzügig, tolle Einrichtung, das Badezimmer ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar im Untergeschoss, aber durch die gute Planung ist sie sehr lichtdurchflutet. Sehr ruhig gelegen ist alles wichtige fußläufig erreichbar. Selbst bis Hohenschwangau zu den Königsschlössern kann man sehr gut zu Fuß gehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und behalten diese Wohnung auf der jeden Fall im Aige für einen weiteren Aufenthalt. Toll hochwertig ausgestattete, komfortable und große Ferienwohnung. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist mit tollen Geräten (Druckdampfgarer, großer Backofen, Side-by-side Kühlschrank mit Wasser, Eiswürfel und Crush Ice Funktion und grossem Gefrierfach, Wärmeschublade, etc.) sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Ein Highlight ist zweifelsfrei auch die Sauna und das toll ausgestattete Badezimmer mit Wanne, bodengleicher Dusche und dem tollen Waschtisch. Die Schlafräume sind zwar klein aber gerade dass fanden wir super gemütlich und es gibt viele Schränke und Staumöglichkeiten. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super und sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dort mit 3 Personen, zwei Hunden und einer Katze super wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Der Kontakt war reibungslos und freundlich. Paar mit Kind, 2 Hunden und einer Katze
